All products are subject to availability.

If a confirmed product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative. If the alternative is not accepted, the amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order becomes confirmed only after Classic Foods accepts the order and, where applicable, payment is successfully received.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

Requested customization cannot be provided.
Payment is unsuccessful.
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel a paid order, we will inform you and process the applicable refund.

6. CAKES AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

Cake size
Flavour
Egg or eggless preference
Design
Personalization
Message or name
Delivery details
Other special requirements

Reference photographs supplied by customers are treated as design guidance. Due to the handmade nature of cake decoration, exact reproduction cannot always be guaranteed.

Once preparation or customization has commenced, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for applicable cancellation terms.

7. PRICES

Prices displayed on our website may change without prior notice.

The final price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Additional charges may apply for customization, special delivery requirements, changes to an order, or other services.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact the customer regarding the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, peak-season demand, road conditions, customer availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may also choose store pickup where that option is available.

11. FOOD STORAGE AND HANDLING

Customers must follow the storage and consumption instructions provided with the product.

Fresh and perishable products may require refrigeration or other specific storage conditions.

Classic Foods cannot control the storage, transportation, handling, or consumption of a product after delivery has been completed.

12. ALLERGENS

Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients including milk, dairy products, wheat/gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and other potential allergens.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, our products are prepared in an environment where multiple ingredients may be handled. We therefore cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically confirmed by us.

13. COMPLAINTS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or materially defective product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, order details, or other information to investigate the complaint.

Complaints will be assessed individually in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
